Wait — learning in depth... quest?
Yup. Learning in Depth Quest (LiD Quest, for short) is a twelve-week online learning adventure.Your child gets a topic and researches it in depth, using many of the same thinking tools Brandon uses in his lessons.Here's the catch: topics are assigned randomly. If that sounds too risky, don't worry — we have ways to soften the randomness. Most importantly, learners are guided by a mentor whose mission is to help your child find the wonder in their topic.Learners work at their own pace, responding to "pokes" and side quests on our private platform, alongside curious kids from around the world, with the option of a weekly video meetup. At the end, they make a masterpiece — their final word on their topic (for this part of their lifelong learning journey, at least).

LiD Quest works beautifully for a whole family. Every enrolled learner gets their own topic and their own mentor support. Each learner is guided by their own curiosity, rather than a set curriculum they need to cover.That's what makes it a real family adventure: siblings questing side by side, each chasing something entirely their own. Registration for LiD Quest Fall 2026 opens on August 5. The cohort starts on September 28 and runs through to December 18.
